Leopold Swim School facilities
Our pool complex was specifically designed to host kids swimming lessons.
Leopold Swim School was purpose-built in 2000 to provide a modern, safe and clean environment for families to come for quality kids swimming lessons.
Since 2000, we’ve undertaken a major renovation that overhauled our male and female changerooms so they’re now roomy, have shower facilities, and are warm in winter and comfortable in summer. In 2020 we added an additional 25 metre swimming pool to our existing 12.5 metre swimming pool to support our superior learn to swim program.
The quality and cleanliness of our pool water is of utmost importance to ensure the safety of all of our swimmers. We have worked with industry experts over a number of years to develop a state-of-the-art filtration system. Water quality is also monitored several times a day.
Also important is the temperature of our pool water. Swimming Pool 1 is a consistent 34 degC, which is the optimum temperature for swimming lessons for babies, while Swimming Pool 2 is a consistent 32 degC keeping our older swimmers in our higher swimming levels and advanced swim squad comfortable while swimming their laps.
And we haven’t forgotten the mum, dads and grandparents that bring their kids to our Geelong swimming lessons. Leopold Swim School has a comfortable cafe that overlooks both pools with windows from floor to ceiling. We serve barista coffees and other drinks and snacks – and there is plenty of room for siblings and prams. There’s also ample seating around each pool.
Car parking is all onsite – making it easier for families with young children.
We invite you to visit Leopold Swim School and inspect our Geelong swim school for yourself. We’re a family owned and operated business and we take pride in our facilities, which is why you’ll find them exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
Leopold Swim School is located at 1 Cypress Crescent in Leopold. Please contact us for more information.
