How to join?

If you are interested in booking your child in please contact the centre to arrange an assessment for your child. All children who have had previous lessons require an assessment so they can be placed into the correct level for their ability. This assessment is free to you the customer it is just part of our service.

Once your child has been assessed you are required to fill out an enrolment form and pay a $20 deposit. The $20 deposit acts as a holding fee securing your child’s position in the program. If you withdraw your child from the program your deposit is lost and you will be required to pay for the lessons attended or unattended prior to notification of withdrawal.

On the enrolment form you need to clearly select your availability to make it easier to place your child in the program.

To rebook for each term a new form needs to be handed in.

Policies

Every student from the age of 3 is required to wear a swimming cap in the pool. This rule is enforced and has been enforced since the opening of our centre. The cap is required to keep our pool clean and also to provide a more comfortable swimming environment to our students.

All swim fees are a term payment, which need to be paid by the due date. All outstanding fees will incur a late fee of $5 per child.

Credits

No Credits or refunds will be offered on term fees.

Make up Lessons

Make-up lessons are a special privilege. As you probably realize, most of your children’s other activities do not provide such an opportunity.

The following conditions apply:

The school must be notified prior to absence by 9am for morning classes and 3.45pm for afternoon classes to gain approval for a make-up lesson. If the school is not notified the lesson is lost.
The parent of the student needs to arrange the make-up lesson. The student will then be allocated a lesson on a scheduled Saturday.
Students that will be away during the last week of term need to book a make-up lesson prior to the last week.
If the scheduled time for the make-up lesson does not suit the lesson is lost.
Make-up lessons cannot run over to the next term, they must be taken within the term that they have missed.

Maximum of 2 make-up lessons will be available to be made up each term. Make-up lessons will NOT BE BOOKED if swim fees have not been paid in full.
